Buses are probably the best way to travel between Vilnius and Minsk. There are frequent bus schedules that connect the capital of Lithuania, Vilnius with Minsk. The cost of a one way ticket is about 40 Litas (12 EUR) and the duration of the trip is three and a half hours. At the border there is a special line for the buses so you will not delay on the car queues.

There is one more bus stop in Minsk. It’s in Avtovokzal “Centralnyj” (Central Bus Station). It’s close to Ploshchad’ Lenina metro.
